Weekly Pole Fitness Classes

The lessons are aimed at fitness without forgetting the roots of pole dance ensuring students still learn the moves which will increase their strength and flexibility as well as improving muscle tone and general fitness whilst still increasing self-confidence and promoting either femininity or masculinity, depending on the person!

 

The lessons run at different levels with Stage 1 aimed at teaching the moves required to carry out the fitness classes and as you progress there is the opportunity to move into the Stage 2 group which concentrate more on improvisation and complicated tricks. The Stage 3 classes are in smaller groups and are aimed at students wishing to further perfect their skills for competitions, work or just for fun. This structure is taken to ensure that those new starters are not too overwhelmed by the abilities of the more experienced as well as the advanced students being given the chance to move onto more complicated moves! Students will learn set moves at the Stage 1 classes and if they wish to carry out more complicated moves once they reach the higher level they must move on to the Stage 2 classes as these moves require additional supervision which would detract from the Stage 1 students.

 

The variable timetable for each lesson is as follows:

  • Welcome & Introduction
  • Warm Up Routine
  • Latest Pole Tricks & Spins
  • Floor and Transition Moves
  • Practice Time
  • Stretches & Cool Down

                                                   

 

As well as our regular timetable we occasionally run filming days when students have the opportunity to film what they have learnt in the form of a routine to take home on DVD (DVDs charged at £1 each)

Pole Fitness classes do not require payment in advance but discounts are given for multiple bookings and prices vary depending on the location. Please find your closest venue from the list above for more details.
